I would recommend that anyone seeking work with this company to take the time to research the project manager for the job you are applying for. "I am a contractor at L-3 in the bay area. There is a push to stay compliant with FDA rules and yet a reluctance to teach compliance behaviors. Training is an identified gap in the organization. There are nice software and automated tools but the training for the employees renders this company a great risk as it moves forward towards greater competition and greater FDA visibility. Risky business considering the leadership is comprised of mostly contract personnel."
