"L-3 Communications has a very myopic view of IT. Since IT is overhead they are first to go in many cost cutting exercises. What they fail to see if that even in a RIF exercise the number of applications stays the same. The overall work quality becomes less based on less heads to do the work. Sr Staff should look within when wanting to make changes."

"The L-3 AP&D is a small division therefore we have less rules and process like the big corporation and most of my project is challenging, high profile project."

"When the corporation take control there are too many processes to follow. It slow down the project."
