"Really like to work with this kind of cool environment. No Pressure and always willing to complete my job done on time. People at management level and leadership level are very good and supportive, and helpful. Giving enough time to learn and get the knowledge.. I highly recommend to others to work for this company."

"I have been working with Kaiser for nine years. It is one of the best places to work. Kaiser's mission is to provide high-quality, affordable health care services to all. As an employee, we truly mean it. We work very hard in providing excellent information technology services to our health service providers so that they can provide outstanding services to Kaiser members and the communities we serve. We have a great working relationship with our senior leaders and team members."

"Kaiser Permanente is great place to work and is able to provide various healthcare services depending on location. It's approach of an HMO, is it tries its best to give patients options for care while still being affordable."

"The most toxic work environment I have come across. Contractors are treated unfairly and very expendable. Managers do not care to improve their workplace and instead encourage competition and toxicity over collaboration and education. Managers also are never on the same page and communication is extremely poor all around. Even Full Time employees that have been there for nearly 10 years are unable to have flexibility with their work-life balance, schedule, and even requesting time off. Poor reviews from the top to the bottom. The entire company needs to be severely restructured."

"As a leader in the medical industry KP is a very good place to work if you are interested in serving the community and having a positive impact. However, the cultural vultures and politics can make the work environment intolerable at times."

"I have worked at kaiser for over 2 years now and if the work-life balance is important to you kaiser may be a good place to call home. However, I do not recommend it for those who are looking to work with new exciting technology, build complex systems, or scale the hierarchy ladder."

"I worked for Kaiser Permanente for almost two years now and my experience has been nothing short of amazing. The flexibility is one of my favorite aspects about working for this company. There is also a lot of room to grow as a developer."

"I have worked here for 12 years total and it is a decent place to work. They would like to believe that they are operating like outside contractors do but the bureaucracy within the company does not allow for that type of production to take place. Overall a good place to work with job security if you are willing to accept the position you are hired into and not aspire to move up in the company structure."

"I am in the Rotation Program for early career professionals and while the program could use some fine tuning, it is a great experience. However, we were unofficially assured there would be plenty of jobs for us to transition into once the program ends but some people had issues finding jobs and were simply let go. What's the point in taking in early career professionals and then either forcing them into non technical jobs or kicking them to the curb?"

"I've worked for Kaiser since 2008. It is a great company to work for unfortunately, certain positions were eliminated as the company went thru re-organization."
