"1. Politics overrides integrity. 2. Labor unions support bad behavior, low productivity and poor attendance. KP is too lenient on labor unions, gives too much in pay and benefits, then blames middle management for not being able to make them come to work and do work."

"Do not allow senior leadership to mistreat lower level management."
