"Please allow input from people whose work-flow you design. There are issues that you as management are not aware of that need addressing in the day-to-day operations."

"1. Politics overrides integrity. 2. Labor unions support bad behavior, low productivity and poor attendance. KP is too lenient on labor unions, gives too much in pay and benefits, then blames middle management for not being able to make them come to work and do work."

"Do not allow senior leadership to mistreat lower level management."

"The only way into this company at a high management level is to get an informational interview from a leader inside the organization and then work on as a contract employee to then become part of the management team."
