I have found it to be an excellent company with strong ethical values and an emphasis on putting the patients, and its clients first. Our IRB team was originally part of Kaiser Foundation Research Institute, but in 2016 we became our own department. The Kaiser Northern California IRB is the largest Kaiser regional IRB in the United States."
