"you must enjoy cold-calling, sourcing because this is how you're going to get you numbers and your money...don't expect to be the top recruiter by waitng on company generated leads, must be able to generate your own leads...really cool job overall"

"The Dean played favorites and could be very underhanded if she did not like you. There was NO support what so ever from the program chairs against this tyrant of a Dean. Numbers are all that matter not quality."

"They pretty much leave me alone because I have been teaching the same 3 courses forever."

"Be mostly a rule follower, paperwork must be turned in on time. Can be a little creative in the classroom, but the syllabus is provided for you."

"When I was full-time, it was exhausting but better than a previous college I worked for."

"Marketing and Recruiters goals and compensation may run at cross-purposes to faculty's, and faculty get stuck holding the bag. Poor faculty performance may in fact reflect over-zealous recruitment."

"Create a sliding scale to compensate for the recruitment of marginally-abled students that faculty then have to whip into shape."
