"It is a fair organization with very collaborative people. The management is one of the best I have seen and I have seen many. Team work is encouraged and most people have say in the day to day operations. Everyone contributes and the peer interaction is professional. I really enjoy the interaction with the students and they get a superior learning experience from this organization. I recommend them for both employment and as a premier educational experience. What do you like about working at ITT Tech?

"They pretty much leave me alone because I have been teaching the same 3 courses forever."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Be mostly a rule follower, paperwork must be turned in on time. Can be a little creative in the classroom, but the syllabus is provided for you."

What don't you like about working at ITT Tech?

"When I was full-time, it was exhausting but better than a previous college I worked for."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Don't be so anal about numbers, numbers, numbers..."
