"It became stressful at times because there were several people to answer to instead of have just on immediate manager, it was multiple and talking about certain things more than once to more than one person."

"lack of projectors in the labs and sharing a lab between 3 batches is sometimes very disturbing."

"ITT was a great learning environment with fantastic staff and faculty. Working hours were super and benefits were good. One of the best things that I love about ITT is the Team approach school of thought among the employees and management. We all worked together as a team to make ITT in Norwood the best post secondary educational facility anywhere!"

What don't you like about working at ITT Tech?

"The only drawback to the position that I held was that growth potential was limited. The corporate offices are in Indiana and for me to advance, I would have had to move out there. This just was not an option."

"Keep up the good work!"

"Do not stick with old books and ledgers. Use production boards for 2 week forward looking and electronic reporting. Allowed catalyst monitoring helped save 2 million in rejects stoppage."
