"As an independent agent you have a lot of freedom, but also a lot of responsibility to yourself."
What do you like about working at The Financial Architects?
"I like the independence that I receive from The Financial Architects, along with the client relationship. In addition, I am very intrigued in building financial plans for clients, along with providing specific insurance needs. Most of all, I like the fact that clients refer me to their friends and family because of the service that I provided for them. It's a really good feeling."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Yes, I think that others applying for this job must have a lot of confidence in themselves, quality background with customer relationships and retention. Furthermore, one should also have keen listening skills and must know that knowing a prospect's needs, wants and values are crucial."
What don't you like about working at The Financial Architects?
"I don't like the fact that there isn't a team-player attitude, and the organization is not too keen on being organized either."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"This question can mean several things, so I really don't know how to answer; it's kind of broad. I will take it as if I had suggestions for my current employer. I would suggest that our firm should have a team meeting at least once a week, that way every agent is on the same page, and no one is confused about anything or weekly goal, etc. I also think that there should definitely be more organization in the firm."
What do you like about working at BB&T?
"I liked the overall approach that the comapny had to business. I like working for Denis Bilodeau. The support we received from the home office and other branches was always very professional and helpful."
What don't you like about working at BB&T?
"Having so many meetings about the same things when the issues were already clearly identified and most of the meeting times were wasteful of time and resources."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Limit meetings to essential only. Meetings just to have meetings was a waste of time and energy."

"Great place to work, I was really sad to see the office move overseas, I learned so much there."
What do you like about working at HSBC?
"The learning and teaching they gave. Not only in sales, but how to manage and motivate others."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"The office I worked out of moved away, so no. But it was a great place if it ever comes back."
What don't you like about working at HSBC?
"When I got promoted, the coaching and support completely went away. I was in a new city,with a different job description, and no manager to guild me."

"It make me realize that it is important for you to have the best understand of your candidate."
What do you like about working at America Family Insurance?
"I was self employed and I was able to be a self starter. My success was based on how much effort I put in to it."
What don't you like about working at America Family Insurance?
"I had to start with my business with no costumers and build it up from there."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I suggest that the employee who they choose should have good attitude and good moral ethics."

"Just know what they are and what you can expect. If you know that, it could be a very nice place to work."

"I love my company, but I want a more personalized position, not everything done over the phone."
What don't you like about working at Answer Financial?
"They have a system which cuts your commissions based on a jail system, I would need to explain it to you in person for you to understand."

"I like the compensation, bonus, and benefits."

"I dislike the non-flexible scheduling, the call center, and that there is no career guide/placement."
What do you like about working at AIG?
"Meeting new people and feeling good about the products and services I was selling to them."
