"This is a part-time opportunity for me, I refer my mortgage clients to All-State if they need a new quote etc. So it's not by an means my major focus."

"I loved the strong, solid foundation of the company, as well as the great leadership that was in place. I also liked the superior standards they placed on customer satisfaction."

"I don't think there is anything I didn't enjoy about my employment there!"

"I can honestly say I loved everything about my job for 15 years. Responsibility, expectations, dual respect of my superiors and for my superiors. Honesty, environment, self worth and personal growth"

"Come in excited and ready to meet your personal goals and the goals of this newly formed Apollo Agencies."
What don't you like about working at Apollo Agencies?
"As the winds of change are blowing in this downed economy, Apollo is experiencing internal vision changes that are dramatically effecting all associates as well as out valued insureds. Our retention is dropping dramatically as insured's do not wish to adjust to a call center environment. They want that personal service of one CSR that know them by name and their story."

"Open lines of communication."

"Professional Tools and Training. Excellent Management. Good working conditions. Good benefits."

"Do study and preparation for industry before hire date."

"Tough Industry with government oversight. Takes time to build client base and income. Tough economic times for middle class, their prime market."

"I have more to learn from them than they have to learn from me at this early stage."

"Do not believe a word that is said!"

"Stop and pay attention to those who are supposed to be learning from you. Especially since you put them through school so you know that it's all new. Get a new call list, not one that is old. And tell those senior salesman not to brag about how they get the new lists and the new guy gets the dead list."

"think twice, be willing to work 6 days a week, don't expect a lot of compensation right away, and don't expect a lot of real help."

"Boiler room tactics, making appointments under questionable pretenses, measured by volume of appointments, office politics and backstabbing, constant turnover and rotation of agents through the office"
