"There was a lack of cohesion between the management and the employees as to how our days would be scheduled. There was no breakdown of territories and at best you were given a phone book and told to start calling. The lack of support in lead generation was frustrating to say the least."

"The capability to earn unlimited income. Also, the team was very supportive and great training."

"Be open and truthful about your goals so they can guide you on how to accomplish that. Don't be afraid to ask questions, they will answer them for you."

"There was nothing that I didn't like at the company."

"I would suggest they continue to hold their weekly meetings. There is a lot of great information that is dispensed, and you can learn a lot from the veteran agents."

"Wear a white dress shirt and a tie if you are a man. I walked in the office on a lot of interviews--they pretty much hire anyone and everyone who can pass a criminal background check and pass a life/health exam."

"Straight commission with no account provided. You had to purchase everything you need to work. The company provided nothing. Very few agents are be seen as management material."

"Build a better support network. Give a more accurate picture of what working an outside straight commission job is like."

"Training is unorganized and haphazard at times, long in-house meetings, frequent changes (sometimes a method of sales is okay when another is not)."

"Have a better set plan for the training of new agents and keep flexibility in mind for the employees. This job is supposed to give flexibility to a point since we are 1099 employees."
