"There is no table pounding or in-your-face management. The pay is okay."

"Be happy with good pay as that's all you will get."

What don't you like about working at Honeywell?

"Benefits are reduced every year. Productivity programs (HOS they call it) are stupid. It's supposed to be modeled after Toyota but they totally miss the point, and no one except management thinks it's a good thing but they have to."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Reduce the number of management levels and not try to force productivity programs like they are some type of religion."
