"I loved my customers. They were my focus, and improving their business results was my mission."

"If what you want is a job with no imagination, this is the place. However, if you have an entrepreneurial spirit, work with a smaller business."

What don't you like about working at Honeywell?

"They have no vision. After three bulletproof business plans, which they admitted as much, they had no courage to make dollar one in risk to start a business. There was no passion in the business. Only people holding jobs."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"The culture is too entrenched, too political, and institutionalized. All advice would result in zero action. They simply cannot change."

What do you like about working at Honeywell?

"They have a lot of resources and products in the market, being an about ninety-year-old company. They have a good reputation of carrying out ethical business. The trust level in employees and freedom of work are also excellent."

"Please do your homework about the company, as it will put you on the same platform to communicate."

What don't you like about working at Honeywell?

"Sometimes you feel they are sitting on their laurels, feeling overconfident about themselves, and not believing in the mantra that to be ahead of the pack, it is not how big you are, but it is how fast you are that matters. Also, they are reluctant to accept changes in the market."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"In this day of globalization, be open to fast-paced changes, as the above mantra followed in IT industry, it applies to all business and industries to survive."
