"I've worked with Harte Hanks since 2015. For a company over 100 years old, it operates in an entrepreneurial/start-up mentality. It's a fairly flat organization that enables flexibility and agility to develop/implement new and creative solutions to meet client needs. The company is ideal for those who can operate with a high degree of autonomy and can embrace the gray."

"The training is a joke and after the first two weeks of training nobody had the slightest clue what we were going to be doing. When we finally started working in the actual dept the basic idea of them teaching you anything is to either sink or swim (trial by error)."
