"The didn't put the employees first. They didn't provide us with medical, dental or even sick coverage. We basically were just working to try to keep our head above water."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"My advice to management is to put the employee first. Everyone should be able to receive medical, dental coverage for them as well as their families. They should also pay more than what they are offering employees, which is less than minimum wage due to them giving commission."

"Automobile business where I have engineering diploma, as well as I was Ford executive in past as warranty executive in Kuwait."
