"It was fun traveling in support of the Latim America department. I learned quite a bit about business operations in other countries."

"They stated they promoted a good life/work balance; however they did not."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I suggest that they think more about people once in a while and less about the bottom dollar; at the end this will help in retaining talent and therefore actually save them money."
