Great place to build connections, learn about a variety of industries and participate on different projects that will help build your individual knowledge in your respective field as well as introduce you to new areas that you may find exciting. The negatives include lower than average pay, poor tech support, and being a jack of all trades rather than obtaining expert knowledge in one or two areas.
I have worked for EY for the last three years. A professional services environment offers many learning and challenging opportunities to grow and become an experienced professional. EY has an excellent reputation and brand, and opens doors anywhere I go. On the flip side, it is a very large and disorganized firm. The technology is almost archaic and often impedes productivity, as opposed to supporting it. Measurements and reporting takes up a significant amount of time on a regular basis.
demand everyone respect each other and treat one another fairly, get rid of the competitive backstabbing atmosphere, less gossip and hearsay
