"Get the most you can from the start. Long process but you will never get more $, as raises are far and few w/ 1% or less for top performers."

"Tons of change, poor leadership, impossible to get what you need to get your job done."

"Fire people who should be fired, pay those who do work more cash and promote them, don't keep them in their jobs till they leave because you can't find anyone or don't desire to pay anyone what is required."
