"Make sure someone talks about the future and keep building your personal network."
What don't you like about working at Pitney Bowes?
"The vision from our senior management got lost. From the employee point of view, they seemed more worried to make the quarterly numbers look good for Wall Street, instead of moving the company into new areas. To keep profit margins they are cutting vital resources that made them a market leader."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Too much management and too many layers. Do not cut any more workers and streamline management. Trust me, you do not need VP reporting to VP and Presidents reporting to Presidents."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Nothing. I enjoyed the opportunities that were offered to me. You can go as high up the management chain as you wanted."
What do you like about working at Therma-Wave?
"I was very happy."

"Although my professional growth was good but this department has major marketing core product definition and communication issues, where end product was not as desirable to customers, therefore this department has been terminated after I left about 1/2 year."
What do you like about working at Harris Corp.?
"My manager trusts my abilities, therefore I have been assigned to 3 major core programs, I got promoted to Director of Engineering less than a year."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Make sure you are familiar with telecommunication switching network. understand wireless network communication, and have strong software development skill on the embedded real time system."
What don't you like about working at Harris Corp.?
"Marketing personnel who were responsible for this major deployment got too involved with engineers and its projects decision because he was previously engineering manager."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"You want to be sure all the managers know the big picture of what we are producing and make sure engineering develops what customer's core requirements. If there is major development issue with core requirement be sure to communicate that with customer in earlier phase to reduce potential major cost damage. Manager needs to communicate to engineer about what is nice to have features vs must have features, so engineer don't spend too much time on nice to have features."

"Job secruity was always a problem due to the nature of the business, when a contract ran out so maybe your job did too."

"Care about the employees."

"I was able to participate within many departments and and add value instantly. The company was very open to new ideas"

"The division was sold off due to loss of profitability"
What don't you like about working at Kulicke & Soffa?
"After Kulicke and Soffa Acquired Cerprobe, many of the open ideas were stripped and replaced with methods established in another business model without understanding any of the impacts"

"Allow team work and sharing of ideas, which was lost during the acquisition"

"Occasional reluctance to take the next step in size of opportunity."

"Fischer Imaging was corrupt and plain aweful"

"Medical imaging is a great application of remote sensing capability"

"Don't unless things have changed a lot from 2001"

"Management was corrupt, at best. Management by fear. I remember the glee on the managers face when he fired people."

"SEC investigation"
What do you like about working at NAVAIR?
"Aviation, the teams I developed and worked with, the level of access I was allowed to get the job done."
What don't you like about working at NAVAIR?
"The rotation of military supervisors sometimes left me in awkward positions until I was able to establish myself with the new boss. Grade levels were lower than civilian agencies"
What do you like about working at Intellect Technologies?
"Working conditions, good people"
