"Discouraged with product roadmap within my business unit; Information Intelligence Group (IIG). Software licensing model too complex, should be simplified."

"I am satisfied with my immediate management. Senior Executive Management appears disconnected with Field Sales and Customer needs."

"The workplace (interiors0 are rather 'institutiona'...some interior design iprovements would improve morale and make the work environment more appealing - especially in such a high-pressure environment."
