"Make sure you find out about the new hire orientation process. Not everyone is up for walking on hot coals."

What don't you like about working at EMC?

"We were acquired by EMC which has over 33k employes."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"They should lay people off based on performance as opposed to raw numbers."

"Lose the following vocabulary - that is not part of my job description, I don't want to, that deal may not happen. It is a great company as long as you believe that there is always a bigger better aster way to do anything and you never take no for answer."

"The job was very demanding 7 days, 24 hours."

"There needs to be a better way to balance the work loads. There definelty needs to be some management training and coaching."
