"Get rid of middle management (Director of Sales) they bring no value and have no direct reports. Work with General Managers so they are sales and customer focused and not just driven toward profit only.Understand that work life balance is important. 12 hour work days every day are unreasonable long term"

"I was a District Manager and the Avon Representatives were hard workers and they were wonderful."

"Every year after meeting your goals you were required to increase and they would increase goals by 20% to 30% over what you achieved the prior year and would force us to force the reps to take instant deliveries they did not want."
