"My Hours are Flexable I have total control over my day and the clients I seek to do business with"

"I have very little office support. When they ask I tell them the tools I need to do my job better they do not act. Family run company no room to grow. They are not willing to take risk to expand there business"

"I have told them we need better sales material. More training and better response time when questions are asked"

"I liked that it was a small company with a lot of potential for personal growth."

"Having 5 upper management supervisors in 5 years was a challenge that helped me grow."

"3 Day gave me the opportunity to hone my training skills with marked success and I was able to improve empoyee retention through my training ability"

"The management team who hired me were very focused and new what thier sales stratigy was and had a plan to execute."

"Speak to as many senior managers as possible, ask whatthier longevity is and what thier future plans for the company are."
What don't you like about working at Gateway?
"They quickly changed senior managers and removed the market I was hired to sell into."
What don't you like about working at Procter & Gamble?
"They were selling off their Rx division - not a match any longer for my interests."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Good luck in getting them as a client - they are pretty strict on affiliations."
What don't you like about working at Estee Lauder?
"Not being able to be more available to tend to my personal life. Work always came first, which made it difficult at the time due to unexpected circumstances."

"This was a positive career and great pay with renewal income, I miss the intensity."

"Fast Paced, and always a postive place to be. Income level was really high with great bonuses and renewal commissions."

"Help with appointment and lead generation, and try to find a waqy to have some family time for your reps."

"I enjoyed the many different types of solutions we were able to offer our clients."

"This company is not a long term career choice and so you should keep looking for something better."

"My direct boss is nice. Most of the people I work with are nice. You do have flexibility with your schedule."

"If you have strong multiple unit back ground experience and account management experience, you will be hired."
What don't you like about working at Our365?
"Sales pressure. The executive team only cares about sales and not about the people that have to deliver the sales."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Care more for your people. Take the time to get to know them and show them that they are important to the company."

"Too much travel and too large of a territory to be manageable - half the country."
