What do you like about working at Konica Minolta?
Their products were excellent; both hardware and software coupled with good service.
What don't you like about working at Konica Minolta?
They were US, East Coast/Japan Controlled with limited local decision making. It was difficult to work with customers as they would put Government Agencies on credit hold if bills were not paid on time. They turned me into a collector. They were not a customer satisfaction oriented company. High personnel turn-over rate (80-90 percent).
What suggestions do you have for management?
All Management durring this period of time has exited
