"Deloitte is a great company. The benefits are outstanding and the work life balance is great. I love my flexibility. Unfortunately, since I'm not client facing in my role they have tried really hard to keep my salary low. There is also very little upward mobility in my service area (IT). Their rating system is flawed so it's almost impossible to receive a high rating even if you've done excellent work all year. Other than these things Deloitte is great."

Minuses - saturated workforce and limited areas for any growth, a lot of bureaucracy and favoritism, it's not what you do, it's who you know, unnecessary meetings for the smallest of things, too much of a meeting culture, work gets dragged because of all the red tape, unrealistic goals and expectations."
