Submit a Review"I occasionally got to help employees with information and issue resolution, and like some of my coworkers. However, training was abysmal, there was a lack of clear processes for several tasks, and throughout the company there was a "hot potato' dynamic of pass it off to the next person if there is a problem, or avoid it. People did not raise concerns because they knew that either nothing would change, or they would be labeled as a troublemaker. Maxim has a history of having been fined and sued, but still will not address what the real issues are; they just put lipstick on a pig. A revamped logo, awards and platitudes are empty when the reality does not correspond with any of them."

"The company has experience financial difficulties that have resulted in layoff for the past three years."
