"I occasionally got to help employees with information and issue resolution, and like some of my coworkers. However, training was abysmal, there was a lack of clear processes for several tasks, and throughout the company there was a "hot potato' dynamic of pass it off to the next person if there is a problem, or avoid it. People did not raise concerns because they knew that either nothing would change, or they would be labeled as a troublemaker. Maxim has a history of having been fined and sued, but still will not address what the real issues are; they just put lipstick on a pig. A revamped logo, awards and platitudes are empty when the reality does not correspond with any of them."
"It has been a great experience to learn and expand my knowledge of the company and the field. There are great leaders and team members in the company. There is a lot of space to grow within the company. This was a very family friendly company."
