"They will promise you that you can make over $100k in your first year. I can promise you that you will win the lottery with similar odds of being correct. When the company rejects a $265k deal you have ready to go because the SPOUSE of one of the employees had the gall to survive cancer, you will find it a bitter pill to swallow."

What don't you like about working at ADP?

"The pay is not what they promise... not even close! The constant churn of employees and managers creates a bad environment."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Pay better, and stop pretending that selling PEO is the same as selling payroll."

Answer questions right and be courteous, and show that you are naturally-born for that job, if you think sales, because their clients like professional and knowledgeable people. If you are hired, you will go through one of the best trainings possible, in Florham Park, New Jersey, headquarters of ADP."

"ADP as ADP is a great company to work in, but they need to select managers and their employees morecarefully. There are too many drama people there, but not in every office, I mean."

"Be more professorial, focus on new hires one at a time, follow the codes of business conduct more, respect old employees, and do not jump head-over-heals for new ones, while leaving behind the ones who are truly worth it. Respect the right people who bring you bucks with honor and dignity."
