"I've worked at ADP, Inc. for 18 months. In this time I have reached the top of my position as an administrative assistant. This company has no plan for admin assistants, no career path to promotion. In fact it would be easier to go back down the ladder or make a lateral move. Its probably easier to seek employment elsewhere and return if you enjoy ADP."
