What do you like about working at ADP?
"The job was challenging. I got a lot of support from my supervisors and colleagues. I learned a lot by developing applications for the medical field in the way of messaging and interacting with the database. Also, it was very rewarding to see my application playing such an integral part of the operations."
What don't you like about working at ADP?
"Unfortunately for me, their main application was written in OS/2, so our company lost all our clients and had to shut down. From this I learned that I needed to focus on learning Microsoft technologies, specifically .NET, so I did that by acquiring the MCSD."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I have no problem with the management at ADP. We all did the best we could, given the circumstances. I wish we had been able to develop our Windows application before we lost our clients, but as I said, we all did the best we could."
