"Wealth of knowledge capital to leverage. I was always learning, and getting paid to learn! Tough to fail aside from blown scope on on fixed priced bid contracts."

"Demonstrate emotional intelligence, tact, and strong client focus. Stay positive and have a sense of humor as well."

What don't you like about working at Accenture?

"It's a different company now than what it was in the 90s. Transition to going public changed the culture somewhat adversely."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"None. Haven't worked there since 2000. I'm a shareholder now, not a stakeholder so, based on the rest of my investment portfolio, I'm pretty happy."

"The pay was less-than-adequate when compared to the high-paced work environments employees were placed in. The reasoning was that since you were allowed to stay local that they would pay you less."
