"I have worked at accenture for about 3 years now and would recommend this company to any entry level entering the digital IT space."
"Accenture has been a great company to work for in my experience. I've worked with some amazing peers and leadership that have really helped me take my career to the next level. The work life balance has been reasonable and the benefits are pretty good. Would definitely recommend."
"I've worked for Accenture since 2015. I love the culture and environment."
"I have worked with Accenture since 2010. Leadership is open to ideas and easy to approach."
"I enjoyed working there. Small team, good location, many restaurants."
"I have been working with Accenture for a year. I found they are very structured and well organized. Since I was staffed as Arch Tech Consultant Manager for full time employment and I need to stay home, I cannot travel all the time from one project to another. So, I decided to look for another job that can help me stay locally to full fill my family commitments. Beside that, Accenture is an excellent company where I really enjoyed working."
"I've worked for Accenture for less than a year and I consider it to be a great company. The reason for my scores is due to the current role where I have been assigned to. The ability for change, which was one of the selling points during the interview process, is not as easy as they make it sound."
"I worked for Accenture for a year and was laid off due to FY 2014 budget cuts. Accenture prides themselves on people being their secret sauce but when push came to shove they eliminated my position and that of several others. This happened right around the recent gov't shut down which not only left me unemployed but left it very hard to find a job. Benefits / compensation is good at Accenture, but job security isn't."
