"Make sure you have a good supervisor and work very close to him. Your promotion and reward will depend on how much your supervisor will fight for you (not what you've accomplished)."

"The focus of the people is to get promoted and not get the job done."

"Eliminate the stack laddering process, it does not stimulate team work - experienced hires get frustrated after the first year."

"Impossible clients, dealing with offshore teams, overworked."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"If you are concerned about delivery issues impacting a sale, stop pulling your best delivery people away from their day jobs so they can work on proposals. If you do pull them away, don't be surprised if there are delivery issues."
