"They had a huge backorder situation last year, trying to keep a minimum inventory, so I lost a lot of supply sales since I could not deliver as needed."

"I spent most of my time working away from the company onsite at the customer location. Excellent freedom to set my work day. The Bennies were excellent! Xerox is a company that is run by the techs and engineers that built the company. Upper management at one time or another turned a screwdriver as a field tech at some point in their career."

"The company is slow to realize anything outside of copiers or printers. They spend lots of time & money developing technology that they took nowhere (e.g ethernet, GUI, e-mail)."

"Don't be afraid the reach for new technology and fields."
