"I have worked for Williams Sonoma for 1.5 years almost, and since the beginning, it has been nothing but challenges, poor management, low pay, and no room for growth. Great employee discount."

"I have worked at WSI for around 3 years. As a developer if you are technically strong, the compensation will be good, but you'll have to build solutions for current market using technology that is 6-7 years old, work without a proper plan or roadmap and without upfront design for majority of the projects. If you are a techie at heart, I'll recommend WSI."

UI Designer

"I've gained a valuable experience working at Williams-Sonoma as a UI designer. I was handling multiple projects and worked with a great team of creative designers. It was a contract job, so we had a timeline to deliver and manage our schedule accordingly. The environment is very professional and it inspired me greatly."
