"The dynamic culture and nature of work where everything can change in a moments notice. Also the people I had the pleasure of working with."

"The company is shutting down end of this year. But if it was not, I would say be yourself."
What don't you like about working at Elan?
"The ISO policy which deters you from doing the actual work. Instead, you're doing more documentation of the work. Also the disconnection of the IT leadership team in decision making."

"Put more value in your team in decision making of matters that involves them and immediately impacts."

"I was able to set my own priorities in getting my work done, as long as it was completed on time."

"Be honest in your dealings with the company and your manager, and you will go far."

"My workload came in batches, and there was a lot of down time for me."

"Don't try to remake a company as soon as you purchase it."
