"Be open and accepting of Epic's unique culture, because it's worth enjoying! And also, show off your technical talents. The two will blend nicely."

"I dislike being thrown into software without the necessary background needed to be successful. Job matching could be better done."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Focus on usability of the product, rather than on just getting it done for money's sake. Be fair to the customer, and don't be so wasteful with teams' time."

"I liked the production support, various applications, and being exposed to Client/Server and Mainframe."
