"I don't like the repetition of the calls. Having to say the same thing over and over gets boring."

"Everything. The job responsibilities, the boss, coworkers, and meeting new customers everyday. I also love to troubleshoot equipments to solve problems."

"Be truthful and honest. Because actions speak louder than words. So always do what you preach."

"The only suggest that I would have is for management is just to treat your employee how you would want them to treat you. Be kind and caring and in favor they would work harder and harder for you."

"NPG Cable is an under staffed cable company that is slowly going bankrupt due to rising competition from dish and telephone companies and cant afford to pay competitive wages for competent technicians."

"Plenty of opportunity to learn how cable works out in the field."

"nope, I wouldnt recommend working for this company."

What don't you like about working at Suddenlink?

"They dont pay you for learning how fix and maintain cable plant but they'll sit back and let you do it for your installer wages. also long hours-expect 20+hours of OT on every check."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"none, they're stuck between a rock and a hard place-not enough revenue and understaffed, I dont know how to fix that and neither do they."

"Texas is a hire at will, and fire at will - (even if you're sick) protect yourself!!!"

"My whole team was demoted when we merged with another cable company. I no longer enjoyed my job position."

"Try a little harder to listen when an employee is unhappy with their job."
