"Starbucks is a fairly decent employer."

What do you like about working at Starbucks?

"I like the atmosphere. This was the first place that I worked for where the mission statement was followed throughout the companies core and financial business."

What don't you like about working at Starbucks?

"As a retail manager you may have to cancel personal plans a lot. This is due to the ever changing environment or staffing issues."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I suggest that more recruiting be done for the management staff. Creating a good bench as back-up to the retail management team would help in the long-run."
