What do you like about working at Sprint?
After the merger, sprint laid of 35,000 people. So working for them is like waiting for th axe to fall all the time, they are always hiring and laying personnel off almost every quarter.
What don't you like about working at Sprint?
There is no communication from the HQ to the rest of the company and you do not have a voice of what would be right for your market or region.
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
Make sure they get everything about benefits in writing to review, the benefits for everyone other than HQ were very poor.
