"Depending on the department, access to training, education reimbursement (though I hear that has been scaled back or eliminated)."

"Can be bureaucratic at times. They have never been able to smooth out hiring, so they seem to go on hiring binges followed by layoffs. Long term prospects for the company don't look too great right now."
