"At first it was great, then when the corp side merged with the local div it became chaos and turned into a zoo."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Promotions are give to mostly whites and there is very little room for advancement unless you are in sales/mktg or IT."

What don't you like about working at Sprint?

"Negative environment w/ non white cultures."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Stop spending money w/o good cause the perks could be cut, the top exec salaries could be cut to benefit all concerned."
