"Sprint took over, and turned a smooth running company into a mess. They lowered compensation, ruined morale and abandoned Nextel's signature product."

"Get a vision and stay focused on it. Make employee satisfaction and good morale a priority. If employees do not believe in the company or product, how can you expect them to sell the customer."
