"Sprint took over, and turned a smooth running company into a mess. They lowered compensation, ruined morale and abandoned Nextel's signature product."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Get a vision and stay focused on it. Make employee satisfaction and good morale a priority. If employees do not believe in the company or product, how can you expect them to sell the customer."

"Be flexible and have tough skin - balance work and life - do your best - work hard - hope for the best."

"No accountability - except sales of course - everyone seemed to pass the buck during the merger."
