"I liked working for Sprint in that it gave me the opportunity to enhance my skills in customer service and sales. I like dealing with people and I find it a really great challenge to not only help people but also be able to sell them a product as well as educating them in what our product can do for them in their daily lives to make it easier and more convenient."
What don't you like about working at Sprint?
"Honestly, my experience with them was great and I would've liked to have stayed with them except that I felt a greater calling to join the Marine Corps . But if I were to really think of something as far as something to criticize, then that would be work scheduling. At the time we were short staffed so we could not make a real good schedule in advance of two weeks."

"Make sure you are a people person only because you do a lot of talking."

"Being on my feet. I think it's important to have a chair behind a desk."

"Make sure you have the answers to questions that your employees might have for you. Make sure that management is properly trained in every aspect and not have the employee train management. It's always good to have a manager that is hands on."
