What do you like about working at Sprint?
The experience. I do miss cold calling and having objection after objection to overcome. I like objections because they lead you to solutions.
What don't you like about working at Sprint?
The pay for the amount of work that was put into the job.
What suggestions do you have for management?
I thought management was great because they were honest, I always knew where I stood, and was coached and mentored on what it took to get business.
Please give us a one liner to describe this review.

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
Be ready to bust it, not for the weak of heart.

What do you like about working at Sprint?
Great people, quality products and services
What don't you like about working at Sprint?
Not much room for advancement, subpar compensation and benefits
What suggestions do you have for management?
Management was great other than compensation

Great work experience, but office closed due to downsizing.
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
Unfortunately has been closed due to downsizing from corporate.

As Nextel there were great revenue opportunities with multipliers, solid relationships and support from management
What don't you like about working at Sprint?
Unsure of company's future after the Sprint buyout, seem to lose corporate direction

What do you like about working at Sprint?
We had the flexibility to come to the office or work from home as long as we met our monthly goals.
What don't you like about working at Sprint?
The people in the office was not friendly.
What suggestions do you have for management?
No, I did not.

Sprint was a good company to work for up until the merger with Nextel.

No, I do not.

I enjoy the products and technology.
What don't you like about working at Sprint?
Company image is not good.
What suggestions do you have for management?
Upper management needs to review job actions versus job descriptions. If an AM or AE follows job description, they will not be successful.
