"I have been working at Alabama Specialty Products since 2018. The company employs 200+ people. Alabama Specialty Products has 4 divisions."
"ESP Gauges has strong leadership and a clear vision of how to grow the business. The family atmosphere creates a supportive environment to encourage trying new things and learn from each other. The building is a little dated and the amenities are lacking but if you can overlook cosmetic issues, this place will shine."
"Good company to work for in an entry-level job"
"The company is great in terms of culture and attitude. They are, however, having growing pains when it comes to developing a coherent promotion structure. There is little to no incentive to perform unless you are outside sales and then you get all the goodies. They did away with profit sharing during the recession and never brought it back."
"One of my favorite employers."
"Several of us were let go after three years of declining sales in an effort to cut expenses. I was treated well and given a severance package."
