"Older distribution business model. dose not allow for new revenue opportunities."

"It's total revenue not just total drives sold."

"The group I worked were highly competent. We were doing front end research. We were the first to evaluate and integrate high areal density head media and preamplifier components."

"It's a high technology company. They have gone to perpendicular recording."

"I see the Techonlogy getting replaced by flash."

"The management was complete hands off. They need to get involved more. They need to give more outside training."

"Do not be afraid to talk about the department's challenges. If you report everything as being fantastic, it is hard to justufy improvements."

"I love the people I work with and my boss is a great person. The benefits were great too."

"Its all about personality. Anyone can code, but it takes a person with a special attitude to work for my team."

"I feel my job was not matching my specific qualifications. I would like to do more engineering."
