Submit a Review"What do I love about being a Regional Recruiter? I enjoy getting to help people launch a career and change their lives. I love when my recruits say "thank you for being such a great support system" through the studying and licensing process. I love that I am more than just an employee, I'm an integral part of the machine our office is. What do I hate about being a Regional Recruiter? I hate the no-show rate of interviews once people find out being an Agent is a commission based position. At least have the courtesy to decline the offer or call and cancel. Even send an email."

"Working with the employees in the shops was always fun."
What don't you like about working at Jiffy Lube?
"The Regional VP was a micro-manager with no interpersonal skills; he drove his employees away and never wanted to implement initiatives coming down from Shell. He was set in his ways, refused to promote from within, and looked down on professional growth and development."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"They need people with better management and people skills; truly embrace the idea of professional growth and development. Take more time to actually listen to the employees instead of implementing new ideas without their input."
