  "I've worked with Maxim Healthcare for 5 years now. During my time I've been able to move up from my entry level position to a regional managerial level position. My move to the regional team has been great & I am very satisfied by my work load, my managerial interaction, & my relationship with our leadership team. My only negative would be the uncompetitive compensation available as well as many splits that have been announced during my time. It looks like they will finally separate our home healthcare division from our staffing division this winter."

  "What do I love about being a Regional Recruiter? I enjoy getting to help people launch a career and change their lives. I love when my recruits say "thank you for being such a great support system" through the studying and licensing process. I love that I am more than just an employee, I'm an integral part of the machine our office is. What do I hate about being a Regional Recruiter? I hate the no-show rate of interviews once people find out being an Agent is a commission based position. At least have the courtesy to decline the offer or call and cancel. Even send an email."
