"They do the best they can. I would sent some of the managers for personal training"

"Industrial, manufacturing, and materials engineers would enjoy my current job. If you are interviewing, be sure that you are open to many different tasks that are not always engineering"

"The things that I dislike most about my current job are the location and the chemicals that are used in manufacturing."

"not enough vacation and holidays and low pay compared to other industries"

"automation of cutting is very justified and needs to move forward as soon as possible"

"Capital distributed by plant size, large new plants received most revenue leaving older smaller plants to become dangerous liabilities"

"Distribute capital on a need basis not profitability, acknowledging potential liabilities of failures, would effect locals, share holders and ammonia industries as a whole."
